My Journey

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm 26 and from Rhode Island. Somewhere along the way I realized that to get where you want to be — physically and mentally — you need both discipline and self-care.

Fitness has been a constant in my life for years now. I gain, I lose, I plateau — and I've learned to stay consistent through all of it. Whether it's a structured lifting program or just making sure I hit my steps for the day, moving my body isn't really optional for me at this point — it's just part of who I am. I've spent a lot of time figuring out what actually works (and what's just noise), and turned that into real, visible progress.

Outside the gym, I'm honestly a little obsessed with skincare. It's not just something I do before bed — it's become a genuine interest. I've gone down the rabbit hole on ingredients, moisture barrier health, acne, and how to actually build a routine that works instead of just throwing products at my face and hoping. That curiosity has completely changed my skin, and I love sharing what I've learned.

I started this blog to talk about the stuff that's actually worked for me — no fluff, no recommending things just because a brand sent them to me. If it's on this site, it's because I use it, trust it, and think it's worth your time and money.
